Our Client Experience Audit includes:
- Strengths and weakness analysis of your current client experience
- Suggested policies that can be implemented to address client experience issues
- Suggested procedural changes that can be implemented to improve the client experience
- Business-specific applications of our Playbook’s initiatives
Our standard turn-around time for audits is one to two weeks. However, this is dependent on business size and scope of the audit. A more specific timeline will be discussed prior beginning an audit.
Once an audit is completed, results will be delivered via a written document.
Amgrand charges a flat fee of $199.99 per audit. A complementary 60-minute Zoom call is available to discuss the audit.

Amgrand offers client experiencing consulting on an as-needed basis. Common areas we can offer assistance with include:
- Answering questions regarding the handling of client issues
- Acting as liaison between your company and your clients to help handle client issues
- Proactively identifying issues that may harm the client experience, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience
- Training of team members
Amgrand charges a fee of $50.00 per hour for consulting work. A breakdown of billable work will be provided for all consulting work performed.
