1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using the Playbook, you (“you” or “user”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Playbook.

2. Age Restriction Clause

By accessing, downloading, or using the Playbook, you hereby represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Geographical Restrictions 

Our products and services are intended for access and use only by individuals located within the United States. By purchasing any digital product from this website, you represent and warrant that you are physically located within the United States at the time of purchase. We do not permit purchases from, or provide services to, individuals located outside of the United States. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction or deny access to any product or service if we have reason to believe that the purchase is being made from outside the United States or in violation of this geographic restriction.

4. Intellectual Property 

All content, materials, layout, graphics, and branding associated with the Playbook are the intellectual property of Amgrand and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, transmit, sell, or distribute any part of the Playbook without our prior written consent.

5. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Playbook for your personal or internal business use only. This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or publicly display the Playbook content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

a. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or structure of the Playbook.

b. Use the Playbook for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

c. Share your access credentials with others.

d. Impersonate Amgrand or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

7. Disclaimers

The Playbook is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Amgrand and its agents make no guarantees of any kind regarding accuracy, results, or outcomes. You acknowledge that any reliance on the Playbook content is at your sole risk, and we disclaim any liability for decisions made, actions taken, and/or outcomes realized based on the content. All use is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Playbook is provided 'as is' and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Dispute Resolution 

Any disputes arising under or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and not through litigation in court.

10. User Responsibilities 

You are responsible for:

a. Evaluating whether the Playbook suits your needs.

b. Any and all outcomes stemming from the use of this Playbook

c. Applying the content appropriately and lawfully.

d. Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

11.Payment and Refund Policy 

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds for digital products once access has been granted, except as required by law.

12. Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Playbook without notice if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct harmful to Amgrand or other users.

13. Modifications 

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which any legal action is filed.

15. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amgrand and its agents disclaims all liability for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Playbook.

16. Indemnification  

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amgrand and its agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Playbook.

17. Severability  

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
